More information
The horses are primarily local Bosnian breeds, sometimes crossed with Arabians or Appaloosas. Though small in size, they are agile, sure-footed, and fast—ideal for navigating the rugged terrain. Well-trained and calm, they are cared for with genuine affection as part of the family, making them dependable partners on the trail. Groups are kept small, no more than five guests plus a guide, ensuring both a personal atmosphere and a true sense of adventure. The vast plateau provides the perfect backdrop for long, thrilling gallops. Depending on the horse, English, Western, or endurance saddles are available, and you’re welcome to request your preferred style. For non-riders, there are plenty of alternatives: hiking, e-biking, or swimming. A refreshing dip in the crystal-clear Kukavičko Lake is highly recommended for everyone, as is a jeep safari to spot the wild horses that roam the surrounding hills.
