I discovered Outside the Corral at the horse expo in Flanders Expo Ghent, and I am thrilled that I came across this agency! The exceptionally beautiful website caught my attention, and I fell in love with the trip in Portugal. Laure-Anne assured me that it’s suitable for novice riders and solo travelers, providing the reassurance I needed. Despite encountering various health-related challenges before leaving, Laure-Anne guided, assisted, and supported me every step of the way. I have never experienced such outstanding service and never felt so at ease with someone I didn’t know before. The trip itself surpassed all expectations—it was unpredictable and fantastically good! I cherished every moment of it.

What an absolute TOP holiday we have just had. We already contacted Laure–Anne last year for a trip to Ireland. Cross–country, bucket list item, but never dared to do it with our own horses. So ideal location… My husband, who does not do horse riding at all, was fortunately enthusiastic about Ireland and went along with my dream… All this was discussed with Laure–Anne via video call and our travel program could be adjusted accordingly. We chose to drive for 5 days (instead of 7), so that we could still spend the weekend together. After a long countdown, the time had finally come last week. Castle Leslie, there we came… In 1 word WOW !! I have had a fantastic week with the horses. Wonderful rides on the domain and expert feedback from the instructors during the indoor lessons. Many different horses ridden, each with their own character. In the meantime, my husband has had fun swimming/cycling/running in the area and has familiarized himself with the drink menu of the bar on the :-D domain Everything was arranged down to the last detail before we left and during the week Laure–Anne was always available for any questions and genuinely interested in how things were going for us. This trip will resonate in our dreams for a long time and we will definitely go back again!

I would have probably visited Argentina, but the unforgettable experience and memory for me lies in the place where OTC, Laure-Anne, took me. An intimate and family farm hidden in the vast Argentine pampas, which exudes grandeur through its unique hospitality, combined with a gastronomic exploration of the local cuisine. The warm and homely feeling experienced over days is reflected in the care for the horses. This makes the trip more than just a trip, it creates a memory imbued with countless wonderful stories. I highly recommend this location and Laure-Anne’s guidance.

From our very first meeting with Outside the Corral, we felt confident with Laure-Anne. She enthusiastically shared details about the various rides, assessed our expectations and skill level. Shortly after, we received a well-thought-out proposal with several appealing destinations. Choosing proved challenging for us, as all options looked fantastic—sorry for the delay, Laure-Anne :-). Ultimately, we settled on the “Castles of the Gredos” ride in Spain—a tranquil and beautiful journey on delightful horses. Despite some days with long hours in the saddle, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It’s a form of slow travel, allowing us to set aside the “must-do” list for a week and savor moments on horseback in the stunning natural surroundings.
