On horseback you ride across open fields blooming with vibrant flowers, olive and vineyards and chestnut forests with occasional views of beautiful volcanic lakes. You will ride along the “Brigands’ Path”, an ancient route used by local outlaws on the run from justice some 200 years ago. Short and long riding days alternate, it’s a diverse program that fascinates every day. The estate has a long-renowned equestrian center, home to carefully selected horses of various origins and character. Are you a beginner? No problem! An alternative program, consisting of riding lessons and easier hacks, can be customized for you. There is something for everyone, safety first!

The estate offers various accommodation types, from hotel rooms perfect for solo or duo travelers, to spacious apartments with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups, and even separate family homes complete with private gardens. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities for both equestrians and non-riders. The accommodations are surrounded by a beautiful green garden with a swimming pool and tennis court. Guests are always treated to a guided tour of the castle and a relaxing massage at the spa. Italian cooking classes, wine tastings and guided mountain bike tours can be organized upon request. There are also many beautiful places to explore in the area, such as the historic city of Orvieto with its magnificent cathedral and picturesque Civita di Bagnoregio. After a day full of activities, guests can enjoy delicious food and fine wine in the characteristic taverna.
